The Special CBI court hearing the bail plea of 2G spectrum allocation scam accused DMK Mp Kanimozhi deferred its decision till tomorrow.
Air India pilots call off strike
Air India pilots called off their 10-day strike on friday night after the government agreed to reinstate striking pilots who were sacked and suspended. Government is also said to have agreed to withdraw the recognition of the pilot's union, Indian Commercial Pilots Association (ICPA).
SC notice to Sahara Chief for meddling in 2G probe
The Supreme Court today found prima facie ground for intimating suo motu contempt proceeding against Sahara Group Chief Subrata Roy for allegedly interfering with the probe in the 2G Spectrum case, warning that anybody corssing the "Lakshman Rekha" will become a "State Guest".
Khandu was a visionary, says PM
The Prime Minsiter Dr. Manmohan Singh today described former Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu, who died in a chopper crash on saturday last, as a visionary.
